any chance that causes a stir next year? Seems out of the ordinary

I think Schefter is referencing that the lack of state tax will in the long run net Joeckel more.

Fair enough, still pretty cool

Shhh! Don't talk too much about tax rates or we'll accidentally stumble across why having a team in London would make it near impossible to sign Free Agents.

Don't worry, people here find plenty of inventive ways to dodge taxes.

it will be alot harder to doge taxes in europe in the future since the EU is trying to close the loopholes.

"Trying" being the important word in that sentence.

You've said a lot of great things in my tenure here but this is easily number 1.

Thank you LOL

Definitely one of the head scratching picks in the 1st but he is a solid addition

I'm surprised this doesn't factor more into peoples' decisions. Texas, Tennessee and Florida you would all keep more money than say NY or Cali

I thought he was extremely underrated to tell you the truth. Most people had him valued as a third rounder but I thought he'd be a steal at that point. I see no problem w/ where he was drafted as I felt he was early-mid 2nd value.

As did the Cowboys. They had him #22 on their board with 18 1st round grades.

I posted a mock w/ us getting him in the third I believe and felt it was extremely unrealistic but I'm sure most wouldn't have thought as highly about him as me and obviously the Cowboys did haha

I had him at a 2nd round value, but thought there were better values available
