Fear That #Steelers RB Le’Veon Bell May Have Suffered Lisfranc Injury Is Growing

https://twitter.com/Steelersdepot/status/369826631592202240

It's an injury that will keep Bell out up to 10 weeks, Steelers TE Matt Spaeth suffered it earlier this off-season.

Bell missed the Steelers first pre-season game with a left knee issue, played a handful of snaps against the Redskins and had to leave due to his foot injury.

Give me a gun now....not only does that mess up this year but these injuries are really hard for RB's, especially bigger guys like Bell.

That's a shame.

Don't think he was going to be much better than Dwyer though.

Steelers have had really crappy luck with these last two draft classes and Jarvis Jones was a risky pick.

Sucks man.

Tough for this player, Pitt and my fantasy team.

Sorry I had too.

Ugh

Probably Redman, with some Stephens Howling mixed in.

Not good for the Steelers.

I definitely think Le'Veon Bell was going to be much better than Dwyer. Unlike Dwyer, Bell has a personal drive that keeps him in shape and keeps him actually giving effort.

Redman will be the starter, Howling will be his backup, Dwyer will only stay on the roster because Bell went down.

Dang man, that hurts. I was hoping Bell would be the..."Bell-cow" for our rushing attack. (pun intended)

This sucks. Now we have to go back to relying on Dwyer/Redman for some time. I hope Bell comes back strong for us midseason.

Is he gonna go on that returnable IR spot? I guess depends on the MRI...

Go trade for LeGarrette Blount, basically the same player IMO except Bell had lost some weight from his MSU days and Blount just keeps getting bigger Laughing

Dwyer looked really good last night when he came in, and did it against the Redskins 1st stringers.

This isn't a shot at the Steelers, but what exactly do they put RBs through in practice? I mean it seems like at least one of their main contributors always gets hurt.
