Honest question, were they trying to make the ugliest jerseys possible?

The colors have absolutely nothing to do with either squad. It's the AFC (red) vs. the NFC (blue), I don't so much have a problem with the style...but why change the basic colors?

I mean, there are a vast array of shades to choose from in the red and blue spectrum.

It's not the AFC vs the NFC any more though. They are going to "pick teams" like gym class, so to speak.

I still think they are awful and should have been more traditional red/white/blue colors the NFL uses for it's logo rather than these generic hideous looking colors that appear as if they are some football movie without anyone's licensing so they hat to come up with something as far out of the box as possible that couldn't be mistaken for any real team.

That's my whole problem as well. Stay with blue and red, just update the style if you wish. Nothing wrong with that.

i forgot about the picking teams thing. so its not so bad they changed colors but it still doesnt make sense to change colors. the color choice is still horrible though.

Those jerseys are the worst thing I've seen in the NFL, ever. Please, NFL; don't release those. They're hideous.

No one seems to honestly critique anything with the swoosh on it, its kind of sad. They have made some cool changes, without a doubt. But just because they are Nike doesn't absolve them when they pump out crappy designs.

Yeah these are hideous. Looks like the NFC Ducks vs. the AFC Traffic Cones.

Ugh, I love with what they've done with actual team jerseys, but these are just so bland and boring. I gotta see it on TV/live instead of a photoshoot to come to a conclusion.

Hideous. That's the only word to describe them.
