you have to think if his condition doesn't improve, he won't be playing on Sunday, which is how it should be.

i just feel sick. i kinda want to send flowers to the hospital on behalf of FF!

If this were a Seahawks player's child, I wouldn't care if they felt the need to sit out for months. It's not that important. Family first.

absolutely. agreed.

That is hard to read. Having a one year old daughter and a four year old son myself words can't describe the rage I would have and the things I would do to whoever was involved!

My thoughts go out to AP and his family Sad

Hope that POS gets his throat slit in prison.

Adrian Peterson is back with the Vikings and will practice Friday.

Hopefully this means his son is in stable condition.

Can't imagine he would have returned if he wasn't.

I can't imagine a judge and jury are going to go light on a 27 year old who put a 2 year old in the IR...

I mean, what could have set him off like that?

Umm...craziness? As disturbing as this is, Ive heard of worse things, and way to often than Id like.

If anyone ever did that to my kid, lets just say id probably end up in prison.

Seriously, in cases like this, instead of prison, the attacker should just be put in a room with the parents, a pair of pliers and a blow torch.

What kind of animal do you have to be to beat a 2 year old....

Peterson being at practice hopefully shows his sons condition is improving. I can't imagine what he's going through right now.

Agreed. You want to know what could set a guy off like that? Anything. People who can do this to children have no limits and need to be ended, immediately, because the next time they are put in a position to screw up, they will.

not sure what the rolling eyes are for but i agree with mafia. no prison for people like that. in this case should just be tied to a chair and let the parents come in. or at the very least old yeller him. dont see people any better then a bad dog. put him down.

really hope the kids ok. hope he is stable, if hes not and AD is back with the team i dont think i can look at him the same.

Maybe it's just me, but the justice system should be held to a higher moral standard than allow the alleged assailant to be attacked with a pair of pliers and a blow torch.
