Wish him the best but time for the team to move on. |

Worst year ever for hiring head coaches?
Who is the one that remains? |
Rex Ryan. He and Jim Caldwell are the only two from that year to win a playoff game.
Here's the complete list…
Chiefs: Todd Haley
Raiders: Tom Cable
Jets: Rex Ryan
49ers: Mike Singletary
Rams: Steve Spagnuolo
Buccaneers: Raheem Morris
Lions: Jim Schwartz
Browns: Eric Mangini
Broncos: Josh McDaniels
Colts: Jim Caldwell
Seahawks: Jim Mora | That actually makes the Schwartz hire look not that bad _________________

The hire wasn't bad. Keeping him a year to long and signing him to an extention were bad. But from what we're told now, Mayhew wanted him gone last year and was overruled. Probably another reason why he's still here. |

No surprise to see this. That Detroit team has all the talent in the world. Time to bring in a coach that can bring out all the best in that team. _________________ I bought one of those tapes to teach you Spanish in your sleep. During the night, the tape skipped. Now I can only stutter in Spanish.

That'd be an interesting hire. Detroit's defensive personnel seems like they'd be a good fit for the scheme Lovie Smith runs. |
