Quick bio from Packers.com:

Quote:
Spent his first six seasons in Green Bay as the teamís tight ends coach before being named to his current position as quarterbacks coach on Feb. 13, 2012.

Enjoyed a productive first year as the teamís QB coach, helping Aaron Rodgers to another stellar statistical season that saw him be voted the NFCís Pro Bowl starter and lead the NFL in passer rating (108.0).

As tight ends coach, oversaw the growth and development of Jermichael Finley, who in 2011 set or tied then-career highs in catches, yards and touchdowns, and became the first TE in franchise history to record two seasons with 55-plus receptions.

Interesting. Not a Gilbride protege, or even a Erhardt-Perkins guy.
Could be a major coup for the Giants, or a total calamity, but definitely not business as usual.

... and there goes one of my top two guys of want for our OC position. Oh well, Norv probably presents more stability anyway. McAdoo with any kind of immediate success is an NFL HC and in need of replacement.

Good. The Browns were rumored to be interested in him as HC, so I'm glad that's not gonna happen.

Offense can't look worse than it did this season right?

I like the hire for the Giants...

Should see some Orlovsky vs Manziel this week in the battle of "who's less aware of their surroundings"

Orlovsky has too much experience here. Manziel doesn't stand a chance.

It really can't. According to reports, Mcadoo came in with 2 notebooks filled with ideas and really impressed Coughlin. Also, Coughlin was quoted saying this, which I love-

Quote:
Tom Rock ‏@TomRock_Newsday 23m
TC: "There will be change ... if our players are scrambling around to learn a new system Ė good. Thatís another fire in their rear end.Ē

Let me give you my personal opinion, on what I think has happened.
It all started with the release of the coke machine in Brandon Jacobs.

It's not looking too good for you guys in the coaching search now though. If I were a Browns fan and we got him as a head coach, I would be saying "at least I'm not a Lions fan."
