Love the first round pick, if we got Anthony Barr....jesus... But let's be real, that's not going to happen. I'd rather have CB Jason Verrett, Donte Moncrief, or Troy Niklas in Round 2. Two safeties makes absolutely no sense at all what so ever. What's your logic there?

I'd rather have Ryan Grant of Tulane than Brooks in Round 5.

This would be a plus draft for the Lions. Nice work.

Team-by-Team Draft Selections

Zack Martin | OT/G | Notre Dame
Christian Jones | OLB | Florida State
Paul Richardson | WR | Colorado
Arthur Lynch | TE | Georgia
Marcus Martin | C | Southern California
Austin Wentworth | OT/G | Fresno State

Not bad for NYG, but with the board, I'd prefer something like this

1) Zack Martin
2) Verrett/Su'a-Filo/Jones
3) Kareem Martin/Stanley Jean-Baptiste/Pierre Desir
4) Charles Sims
5) Lache Seatrunk
6) Hakeem Smith/Aaron Colvin

The second and third rounds are really hard to pick..
Jones will solidify our LB corps, but Martin, Filo, and Pugh make a solid OL.
Verrett, Desir, Baptiste are all solid CB, so its hard to distinguish there. The edge goes to Baptiste because of his size and speed combination.
Martin is an all around solid DE.
I would double up on RB. Sims is a threat out of the backfield and he will thrive in McAdoos offense. Seatrunk is too valuable to pass up there.
Colvin is a great late round pick up. He can redshirt his rookie year and be great for us next year. Smith will help ease the eventual loss of Rolle, and provide depth incase Hill gets suspended again or Brown isn't healthy.

Great job for pittsburgh in the 1st,5th,6th,7th but for 2nd round I would go Bradley Roby and for 4th round I would James Hurst or Jawun James, seantrel Henderson is more of 5th to 6th round guy who is really raw talent but who has the potionnal to be a Bryant Mckinnie and will have sit behind Marcus Gilbert for a couple years but great job with the mock draft

7 round mock... well done.

ATL needs an impact player on defense, our most talented guy 'spoon is in a contract year. Guards can be filled in on later rounds.

1 - Marqise Lee | WR | Southern California
3 - Stanley Jean-Baptiste | CB | Nebraska
4 - Jon Halapio | OG | Florida
5 - Eathyn Manumaleuna | DT | Brigham Young
6 - Vinnie Sunseri | SS | Alabama
6 - Jermauria Rasco | OLB | Louisiana State

Pretty good draft - if you believe in predictions. Not sure about the DT in the fifth. Chiefs have brought in a whole bunch of DL to fill in as back-ups. I'd probably go S Terrence Brooks there in your draft.

This assumes the Chiefs fill their void at starting FS nd DE via FA of course ...

Pretty solid for the 49ers as far as 7 round mocks go. I'd prefer a center a little bit earlier, and I'm not a fan of Fales in the least, but very minor quibbles on this.

Thanks for all the feedback. I try to do my best but, obviously, I don't know everything about your teams.

Marqise Lee | WR | Southern California
Stanley Jean-Baptiste | CB | Nebraska
Jon Halapio | OG | Florida
Eathyn Manumaleuna | DT | Brigham Young
Vinnie Sunseri | SS | Alabama
Jermauria Rasco | OLB | Louisiana State

First off, awesome effort on the 7 round mock!
For the Chiefs, I really like how you addressed some projected needs which is pretty realistic considering our lack of a second round pick and our salary cap situation.

I think Marqise Lee would be a very good fit in Andy Reid's offense opposite Dwayne Bowe. Odell Beckham Jr. is another option, and TBH, considering our offense and his projected immediate impact on special teams, I prefer Beckham Jr. But I can't argue with Lee.

Stanley Jean-Baptiste is a player that the Chiefs have reportedly shown some interest in at the Senior Bowl. They definitely seem to be targeting taller cornerbacks for press man coverage and Jean-Baptiste could be a very good fit. Personally, I am not as high on cornerback as a need when compared to some other positions. Kareem Martin is a player I have my eye on as a potential 5-tech who can provide some pressure on passing downs. I really wish there were some pass rushers available. I like Aaron Lynch, but as more of a longer term developmental prospect.

With both Jon Asamoah and Geoff Schwartz pending free agents, it is hard to imagine we don't look to address the guard position. John Halapio is IMO a very underrated guard prospect. He is a mauler with underrated movement skills (he is no Will Shields for sure, but he isn't a statue at guard either). Carl Bradford is an option as a developmental pass rusher.

I definitely think we need to add a free safety prospect that has range and playmaking ability, so I would go with Terrance Brooks in round 5 over Manumaleuna. I think James Gayle is a solid 3-4 OLB prospect, who plays fundamentally sound football. He doesn't get the attention some of the other prospects do but I think it might be a result of him handling more contain assignments that don't allow him to rack up sacks, etc. Also, I don't think I saw Brent Urban anywhere in your mock. He is a definite candidate if he is available (I think he could end up going in the third round).

I am not a fan of Vinnie Sunseri and my personal opinion is that he has benefited from playing on such a talented defense. Marqueston Huff is a player I like as I think his skill set brings alot of versatility to the table.

L'Damian Washington is a quality developmental wide receiver who has the length and speed combination to potentially develop into a decent deep threat.

For Minnesota

Blake Bortles | QB | Central Florida
Ryan Shazier | OLB | Ohio State
Loucheiz Purifoy | CB | Florida
Ryan Carrethers | NT | Arkansas State
Ryan Groy | OG | Wisconsin
Telvin Smith | LB/S | Florida State
Marion Grice | RB | Arizona State
Ben Gardner | DE | Stanford

Great draft.
