He's still a really really good player despite coming off a down year last year. He had some nagging injuries last year that slowed him a bit, and he is not an ideal fit for the press man scheme the Chiefs had moved to.
Honestly I really wanted him back and wanted him to transition to FS. He has excellent instincts and ball skills. He's an outstanding tackler, and a willing run support DB! He's a good leader in the secondary as well. His size can cause mismatches and turning and running with someone exposes him a little so you don't want him ideally matched against big speedsters.
I hope he goes to a contender. _________________ Throw to score! Run to win!

I remember when he was one of the better up and coming CB's in the NFL.
Can he still play at a decent level? If he'd come for the right price I'd love him in Buffalo. _________________

Had to be done for salary cap issues. Still a good player, just always has minor injuries. Despite what you'll hear he is better in man than in zone. _________________

Wow this kinda shocks me. Flowers is a damn good CB and still relatively young. He won't be on the market for long. _________________ AMERICA'S TEAM and 5x SB CHAMPIONS = DALLAS COWBOYS!!!!!

I would love to see what Mike Zimmer could get out of him.
Vikings have the cap room and really could use another perimeter CB. Perfect fit. _________________

I could see that. He would be a nice add for Zimmer. He can get the most out of CB's _________________ AMERICA'S TEAM and 5x SB CHAMPIONS = DALLAS COWBOYS!!!!!
