Me and Patriot 12 have teamed up to deliver you the best mock draft...we have explained each pick, we are working on the later rounds but thought we would put it out early. Please review our picks, tell us what you would like to see, you know more about your favorite team than we do.

Williams is comparable to Julius Peppers, should immediately improve New Orleans Pass Rush.

The most decorated college QB in NCAA history, to be groomed by Mcnair.

Best LT to come out in 10 years, would be a mistake not to take

They are about to lose Javon Walker, so depth is needed here for Favre or Rodgers to throw to

Oakland Raiders Donte Whitner S OSU
They a ton of defensive help, Whitner gives them a ball hawk there

San Francisco 49ers Laurence Maroney RB Minnesota
Kevan Barlow is unreliable, so they take Maroney, for a spell back system

Tennessee Titans Jon Scott OT Texas
Leinart needs a little cover…Scott is a beast

Detroit Lions Ryan O’Callaghan OT Cal
They just signed a few QBs, give them O-line help here

Arizona Cardinals Nick Mangold C OSU
Mangold comes in and helps lead this Cardinal offense, should protect VY and Warner, to give them time to throw to Larry, or Anquan

They lost Milloy to ATL, he is the same type of S only younger

He drop this far due to size, but stranger things have happened (IE: Aaron Rodgers)

For depth purposes and Kyle Boller is on the hot seat and Omar may have to step in

Smith a counter-part, and Byrd is someone who can block and catch when needed

Cincinnati is strongly in need of a run stuffing DT and Rodrique Wright brings that to the table

The Giants look like they don’t have a shot at Lavar, so they go into the draft targeting one, kind of a reach because of off the field issues, but A.J. should produce

Chicago Bears Devin Hester WR/ATH
Probably the most versatile player in the draft, Hester can play WR, RB, CB, S, KR, PR, and was a high school QB, the bears take advantage and don’t regret it

Carolina Panthers Joseph Addai RB LSU
It’s always good to be deep at the RB position, and the Panthers showed that in the playoffs where they were Super Bowl favorites…until Foster and Goings got hurt

Tampa Bay Buccaneers Kamberion Wimbley DE/OLB FSU
Derek Brooks and Simeon Rice need help, he comes in and helps out them both

Jacksonville Jaguars Cedric Griffin DB Texas
The weaker part of this Defense is its secondary, and Cedric Griffin helps Rashean Mathis over the top at S

With the loss of Mike Anderson, they address that in the draft, by taking a back, that can run the ball with power and speed

VD is def. the pikc for SF in the first round. But as for Maroney, I wouldnt totally be shocked that Nolan takes him there should he fall just b/c of his pure potential. But if Ernie Sims is there as well, there is no doubt that the 49ers would take him. I would be surprised if he fell that far just b/c of height. You guys need to rethink some of your picks.

Terrible first round Vikings pick. We have the player we are planning on grooming behind Pat Williams already. We drafted C.J. Mosley (who looked good in limited playing time) last year to be that player. We have much more pressing needs to fill in the first round. Greenway, Carpenter, or Hill would be much better picks then Watson. In the second round the picks aren't that bad.

I think that the Browns would be more likely to take Kamerion Wimbley rather than Sims for the same reason you see him falling

for the Hawks picks:

OG is a possibility with either pick, but they dont need a WR, more pressing needs: CB and DE

Both Eagles picks are pretty bad.We only need a 4th WR that can be a deep threat in case Todd Pinkston isn't ready to go. That doesn't warrant a 1st round pick. Also we signed Matt Schobel to a 5 year deal in FA, so TE isn't a need. We only keep 2 TEs and we have Smith and Matt.

On defense and on the offensive line are where we have needs.

the Vikings pick is idiotic, they have absolutely no need for DT, let alone a career underachiever like Watson. DT is Minnesota's strongest position by far with Kevin and Pat Williams, Spencer Johnson, and Mosley. ANY other position would make more sense.

2nd round- Greg Blue is a bad pick, hes a classic SS, steelers if picking a S, will look more for a FS type........

sorry but the ravens draft is awful. we will not draft a day 1 qb unless it's one of the premier guys. we would most likely take justice in rd 1 and even if we go db, it would be jimmy williams and maybe even whitner/bullocks before simpson. if we don't go safety in rd 1, we would probably take bullocks there in rd 2. if not then davin jospeh or spencer (didn't see him taken?).
