Sounds like Winnipeg may have switched their focus to Mason and we could be going for Elliott.

We're in on Justin Williams as well.

Rumors of Elliott for 3 years at $2.75per. Term might be one year too long for me if true. We've got Stolie/Lyon in the AHL and Sandstrom and Hart are going to need to go somewhere next year.

Neuvy would have to go at the deadline/next offseason to keep Stolie in the group.

Jordan Weal avoids free agency and resigns with the Philadelphia Flyers. Two year contract.

That's awesome, nervous to see the numbers though.

Great to have Weal back. Hopefully a good number.

Elliot would be great at 2 years, 3 is iffy.

2 years @ 1.75 per. That is perfect for me.

Excellent deal and exactly what he should get.

I'd much prefer a 2 year deal for any goalie. but to spend under 6 mil on our goalies would be nice.

Based on everything i've been hearing about the Flyers it seems like they have their term/amount picked out already and are just holding out and waiting for one of the FA goalies that they want to accept it.

Elliott does little for me. I'll never understand why they chose Neuvy over Mason. Mad

Hot rumor is that the Elliot deal is only two years now.

Because Mason wanted 5+ years and Neuvy didn't.

Mason is not going to get 5+ anywhere. It's fine that you don't want to give him that, but that's not a good reason to let him walk and instead give Nuevy a raise.

2 @ 2.75M is awesome with me. Him or Neuvy could easily be traded or buried with their contracts if we need room for Stolie/Lyon in 2018.
