| The only decent picks you have made for the Browns are the 4th rounders. That by definition means that this is terrible. Greenway is a reach, he's slower and weaker than he needs to be and has trouble shedding blocks. The last 2 times we've seen Kiwi he was made to completely disappear by Colledge and then Ferguson. Terrible from beginning to end. |

for the Seahawks:
1st. What hole? Change explanation to "Adding Depth to the line."
2nd. Safety is a small need for depth, dont know much about him so I cant fully judge the pick...
3rd. It belongs to the Vikings...Burleson was a RFA, and they got our 3rd
4th. We have absolutely no need for a FB...
Needs in order: CB or DE, S, OL (Can never have to many good o-lineman ) |

I don't really know where to begin with this mock, but one word to describe it would be, "WOW"...and not in a good way... | johndeere1707 wrote: |
23. Tampa Bay Buccaneers- Tamba Hali DE – They have no youngers and no real depth. This guy could be starting right away.
28. Jacksonville Jaguars- Ernie Simms OLB
1. Houston Texans- Marcus McNeill OT
7. San Diego Chargers (trade with Titans)- Eric Winston OT
10. Buffalo Bills- Nick Mangold C
17. Dallas Cowboys- Jonathan Scott OT
|
OK. We have 2 non-starters at DE who would probably be starting on most other teams (Dewayne White and Ellis Wyms), so we don't need a 1st rd DE just yet. We just have too great of a need on or OL this year. The pick here would be Mcneill, Winston, or Scott most likely. Or Ernie Sims would be great value for us and would fit our system nicely. Or maybe even try to trade down and then pick up Mangold. Any of these picks would be better than Hali for us.

27. Tampa Bay Buccaneers- Daniael Manning CB
29. Denver Broncos- Darryl Tapp DE
7. N.Y. Jets - Greg Eslinger C
18. Miami- Jon Alston OLB
22. New England- Alan Zemaitis CB
|
Although I'd like to see us get a corner in the middle rounds here somewhere, Manning is too big of a stretch...Eslinger would be good value, Alston would fit our system very well and could very well be a hidden gem in this draft, same goes for Zemaitis, and we could throw Tapp into our DE rotation for depth. So, these guys would be better picks in the second for us...

26. Tampa Bay- Anthony Smith S
27. Cincinnati – Jesse Mahelona DT
28. Jacksonville – Jonathan Lewis DT
29. Atlanta (from Denver)- Jason Spitz C
30. Chicago (from Colts)- Ray Edwards DE
|
I don't like drafting on the first day for perpetual second stringers and backups, I like my first day draftees to have an eventual chance at starting at his postion, Anthony Smith has no real chance of starting at safety on our team, our starters are set (Phillips & Allen) and we have pretty solid backups behind them already. Any of the other guys I listed could come in and compete and possibly become a starter in a year or two.

25 122 Tampa Bay- Mike Hass WR

Now, this is where I must thank you because I absolutely LOVE Mike Hass and think he could be a SOLID contributer in our system. Tremendous pick, and possibly another hidden gem.
Shaky draft for the Bucs overall, but good effort on 4 rounds! _________________

Very low possibility that the Colt's will trade up, if anything they would trade down in the draft. _________________

Cowboys:
1. I don't think that the Cowboys will pass on Manny Lawson.
2. Good pick. Steal at this point.
3. No. Bad pick. Maybe in the fifth if he's still there. _________________

OK I'm really lost
In round 1 you have the Chiefs trading witht he ravens for their 1st 6th and a future 3rd
so how do the Ravens have their 2nd rounder...
Chiefs cant afford that steep a price considering CB is the top need anyway
Please write out the trades so they can be understood and give a little more thought...also kill the Chiefs trade if thats the cost |

The seahawks biggest need is DE, then CB, then OG. after that we will look for a S and TE. You have us taking no DE in our first 4 rounds, can you name our back up to our two oldest starters on D? withch our both our DEs. _________________
