Hey Vikings fans, i am a detroit diehard fan. I was just wondering what the vikings will do with the 7 pick. What are your local papers and insider information saying about the draft. Let me no i am curious what your Minn. papers are saying with insider information

No one is quite sure what we plan to do..... with all the pick ups the vikings could go in any direction. I see them going after one of the WR at this current moment.

Our draft board supposedly looks like this.

1) Mike Williams
2) Braylon Edwards
3) Derrick Johnson(maybe lower after the cowart trade)
4) Shawne Merrimen
5) Ronnie Brown
6) Cedric Benson

3.Alex Barron(He would reaaaaallly help us get the running game going, which would give Daunte the oppurtunity to take as many strikes down feild he wants)

Funny how three weeks ago I would have called you a moron for suggesting we take Barron with either of our two firsts. It does seem like more and more of a possibilty.

I think our board should look something like this

1. WR (one of the two elites)
2. OLB (DJ or Shawn)
3. Barron (the only lineman I think is worthy of a first)
4. Thomas Davis

hey guys thanks for answering. Sp pretty much most of u are saying that if one of the 2 very good recievers are there at 7 than he will be chosen instead they will take DJ?
