1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
WR Calvin Johnson Georgia Tech
- The Bucs will give Simms one more year to become the leader they want, and if he is not they have a rising star in Gradkowski. They take Johnson here because he will add instant star power and youth to a needing team.
2. Oakland Raiders
QB Brady Quinn Notre Dame
- Andrew Walter was a failed experiment, Aaron Brooks just plain sucks, and they are left with no one. This team is going to stink for a while so start rebuilding from the ground up.
3. Tennessee Titans
OT Joe Thomas Wisconsin
- Protect Vince is their number one priority.
4. Detriot Lions
QB Drew Stanton Michigan State
- Everyone will hate this pick, but the truth is Kitna is not a starter, and behind him there is no body good. Dont argue that Josh McCown is good, he is not. They need a QB and Stanton is a local kid who will become the either the next Palmer or the next Harrington.
5. San Fransisco 49ers
WR Teddy Ginn JR. THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY
- Fastest WR in draft. Gives Smith some options for the future.
6. Cleveland Browns
RB Adrian Peterson Oklahoma
- Every team will be in the two running back system in the next few years. Reuben Droughns and Peterson could be lethal.
7. Houston Texans
OT Levi Brown Penn State
- Continue to buff up that O-line for sack magnet Carr.
8. Miami Dolphins
DE Quentin Moses Georgia
- Possibly trade down and grab a QB, but this pick is based on Talent.
9. Green Bay Packers
RB Marshawn Lynch California
- Hate to see such a talent go to such a horrible team, like AJ HAWK, but oh well.
10. Arizona Cardinals
S Laron Landry LSU
- Boost the secondary that is not having a very good year.
11. Kansas City Chiefs
WR Sidney Rice South Carolina
12. Washington Redskins

13. New Orleans Saints
LB Paul Posluszny Penn State

A couple of things:
1.) The Pats have Seattle's first rounder.
2.) The Bucs despite bad play won't be the first pick.
3.) Drew Stanton and Jason Hill will not go that high. _________________

Great PAckers pick. But we are not a horrible team. We are the youngest in the NFL. Give us some time to evolve. _________________

Decent pick for the Titans.
I think that we would definately give a look into taking Adrian Peterson though. He would be just to good of a player to pass on having in the backfield to go along with Vince Young and Lendale White....
We could still pick up a very good OT in the 2nd round with Levi Brown or someone like that. _________________

i really doubt that jerrett would drop out of the top 15, but if the vikings could get him, it would be awsome. _________________

Ya know...CJ would almost make the next 13 weeks worth it if we were picking first...but we're way too good of a team to be picking first...especially if Simms comes back this year, which I honestly believe he will... _________________

Don't think we'll have first pick, but thats your opinion. If we did though I would be very happy with this. CJ would be great for our WR core. _________________

How was Walter a failed experiment? He only has started one game
If teams drafted the way you think the 49ers would of drafted a QB in the 2006 draft right? |

Yeah because no other teams in the NFL go through a rebuilding period or anything. |
