| What happens if a team fails to make a selection when their clock has run out? Do they fortiet their pick? Or does the leauge make a pick for them? Or somthin else? |

They actually have longer then 15 minutes. The way the rules are set, a team can make a selection, meaning the card has to be up to the podium, before the team after them makes their selection. Meaning, if the 49'ers can't decide who they want, and their 15 minutes are up, they have until Miami makes their mind up. But if Miami makes their pick before San Francisco sends theirs up to the podium, they have to forfeit the selection.

It isnt a forfeit, from that point on, you basically have to race every team after that. remember with minnesota two years ago, they had the 7th pick, but didn't get it in time and Jacksonville and Carolina both hurried their picks before Minny got the card with Kevin Williams in.
